East Valley Internal Medicine is currently accepting NEW PATIENTS!   We accept most major private insurances, Medicare and some AHCCCS plans; please call for an appointment 480-821-3821 option 1.

In most cases we can get our patients scheduled with a highly experienced medical provider within 24 hours of the requested appointment.   Our staff is friendly and takes pride in treating our patient like an extended part of our family.   Our office hours are Monday –Friday 7AM-5PM and after hours on call service for minor emergencies.

Each one of our providers has a dedicated Medical Assistant to answer phone calls and messages through our patient portal to better assist our patients in a timely fashion.  When our providers are on vacation you don’t need to worry about not having access to your health needs our team is here to serve you.  Our patients have access to our Patient Portal via our website www.evimaz.com and can communicate freely with their providers, request appointments and review medical records 24 hours a day! 

In addition to our open lines of communication we offer services such as:  In House Blood Work, Osteoporosis Screening and wide array of Ultrasound testing.  We believe that giving our patients the access to excellent health care on their terms along with a plan of care or plan of prevention empowers our patients!   Your health is the most important thing to you and to us.  Come see why East Valley Internal Medicine is one of the most respected practices in the valley!

East Valley Internal Medicine will observe the following holidays for this year and will be closed as follows:

 

Thursday July 4, 2013 (Independence Day) – Closed ALL Day

Monday September 2, 2013 (Labor Day) – Closed ALL Day

Thursday November 28 and Friday November 29, 2013 (Thanksgiving)- Closed ALL Day Both Days

Wednesday December 25, 2013 (Christmas Day) – Closed ALL Day

 

In the event of an emergency please dial 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care.  DO NOT leave a message with the answering service.  Your wellbeing is important and you should not take chances in emergent situations.
