East Valley Internal Medicine has changed Electronic Health Records systems to E-Clinical Works effective September 7th,  2015.   Which means we have a new patient portal, that will enable you access labs, patient care summaries and communication with your healthcare representative.

All  patients will need to re-register with the new patient portal. The patient portal  link can be found on the upper right hand corner of the home page labeled, “Patient Portal”.  If you have any questions or need help registering  on new portal, please contact our office during business hours.
